QuadReal Property Group, LP in Toronto is seeking a student IT Help Desk intern to join the global Service Delivery team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and help modernise support using automation and AI.

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, you will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office365, Teams, and more while documenting tickets and contributing to knowledge articles. This role offers hands-on experience in a global real estate organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary IT program.
• ITIL Foundations, A+, or Network+ are assets.
• Working knowledge of Windows, networking, Office365, and Active Directory.
• Strong written and verbal communication; discreet with confidential information.
• Organised, detail‑oriented self-starter who can juggle competing priorities under pressure.
• Prior help desk, ServiceNow, or Azure portal exposure an asset.
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and for QuadReal’s values around sustainability and social responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising & resolving incoming IT issues remotely via email, chat, phone, or in person.
• Triage and resolve incoming IT issues via email, chat, phone, and walk-ups, aiming for a great experience every time.
• Troubleshoot Windows10/11, Office365, Teams, SharePoint, ExchangeOnline, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room AV.
• Document, validate, and update tickets in ServiceNow; escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate asset records — reconcile devices, clean up duplicates, keep ownership and location current.
• Contribute knowledge articles, SOPs, and user guides.
• Bring ideas to continuous service improvement, including automation and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Support IT readiness for acquisitions, integrations, and executive/corporate events.
• Collaborate across IT teams and global offices.
