Rocket Facility Services is a Canadian Facility Service provider with extensive experience in service, maintenance, and National Construction Projects. From coast to coast, we service and maintain your space. Our service and maintenance team brings a wealth of expertise in servicing facilities on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing services and ensuring efficient communication between clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage and coordinate client projects/services, working closely with the client’s facility department and managing trades to complete jobs within budget and on schedule.
  2. Coordinate service requests with vendors/subcontractors across Canada to ensure maintenance and repairs are fulfilled promptly.
  3. Dispatch, schedule, and coordinate with trades and service technicians.
  4. Create work orders and provide detailed information to trades and technicians.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers by delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs and expectations.
  6. Proactively communicate with site staff to gather feedback on services provided.
  7. Prepare and submit proposals for client approval and follow up to address any questions.
  8. Process invoices within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness according to company policies.
  9. Generate and qualify new leads, identifying and contacting organizations, and effectively communicating our programs and services.
  10. Create and provide weekly status reports to clients.
  11. Research and onboard new trades across Canada.

Role Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service.
  2. Knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset.
  3. Knowledge of tools, equipment, and practices relevant to the trade is an asset.
  4. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  5. CRM experience and data entry skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license.
  7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  11. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  12. Critical thinking skills and good judgment.
