Job description

The Parts and Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the ordering, receiving, inventory, and distribution of parts, as well as coordinating and scheduling service activities.

Key Activities

  • Provide excellent customer relations through phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Provide administrative, warranty, and parts support.
  • Provide technical training to dealers and end-users.
  • Design, develop, and create a maintenance schedule for sweepers.
  • Design, develop, and create an operation manual and handbook for sweepers.
  • Trouble shoot & repair the full range of electric sweepers at customer facility and or via remotely.
  • Operates as the direct liaison between staff and customers.
  • Provide repair and service quotes to customers.
  • Ensure technicians' parts are ordered and allocated to the proper equipment.
  • Enter work orders for internal machines, and allocate parts to specific work orders.
  • Monitor and track outstanding parts orders.
  • Run daily reports to monitor active units in the field.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to facilitate timely repairs.
  • Submit warranty claims.
  • Monitor and maintain parts inventory and warranty claims
  • Oversee the repair process.
  • Invoice orders as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with inventory and service management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, ServiceTitan).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Educations & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a parts, service coordination, or logistics role.
