Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Handle customer communications through phone, email and face-to-face meetings, ensuring all inquiries are addressed effectively.
  • Proactively contact customers to arrange service appointments and follow up as needed to confirm scheduling.
  • Utilize business systems to schedule services, create work orders, prepare repair estimates, and ensure accurate billing through thorough review of work orders and timesheets.
  • Manage parts and materials by organizing, stocking, and shipping items; oversee the receipt of incoming shipments and maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the service team and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Education:

  • A high school diploma is mandatory
  • Post secondary education is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Clear background check
  • Valid drivers license

Experience:

  • Previous experience with service coordination a must
  • Experience working in HVAC, heavy equipment, or related industry a huge asset
  • Experience handling a high-volume of paperwork and documentations
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures

Skills:

  • Able to build strong rapport with a variety of people
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Able to prioritize and multitask due to the frequently changing and high volume environment

Base Salary:$60,000-$65,000 per year

  • Base salary plus bonus and commission
  • Comprehensive benefits package included

Work Hours:

  • 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Monday – Friday
  • Potential overtime on occasion

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
