Auto Electric Service Ltd. is seeking a confident Service Advisor to be the face of the shop, coordinating repair flow and communicating recommendations to customers.

You will ensure a professional, positive experience from start to finish and build lasting customer relationships. The role requires 1–2 years of automotive service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced Saskatchewan environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic personality and strong communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience; automotive experience preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Able to discuss pricing and repair recommendations clearly.
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of Auto Electric Service and the key link between our customers and technicians. You will coordinate the repair process, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience from start to finish.

The Role

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.

• Monitor work in progress and help minimize comebacks.
• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Assist with parts ordering, warranty documentation, and customer transportation when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Follow all shop, safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures.

• Previous customer-facing experience; automotive experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and repair recommendations.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong computer skills; Protractor experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
