Saskatoon Motor Products, part of the AutoCanada network, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Saskatoon service department. You will engage clients, estimate repairs, and coordinate with technicians to get vehicles back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role
• CDK experience is an asset
• Automotive knowledge
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

Your area of focus.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We’re looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?
