Job summary

Planet Ford in Ontario is seeking a Service Concierge to join our dynamic team. You will greet customers, drive vehicles, and help with service operations while maintaining a spotless lot and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an Ontario driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers growth through our mobility program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical repairs and terminology.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze client needs and offer suitable options and solutions.
• Flexible with schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and keep the drive-thru clean.
• Drive customer vehicles as required.
• Perform service vehicle washes and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with dealership operations including supply and bank runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot.
• Project a positive attitude for customers and staff.
• Use systems to deliver excellent customer service on all interactions.
• Analyze client needs and offer appropriate options and resolutions.
• Tag and park service vehicles and manage parking area.
• Conduct free alignment inspections and handle multiple deadlines.

• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

What do you need to succeed?

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
