Introduction:
We are seeking a Service Center Manager to join our Metso team. You will be responsible for overall daily center operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability. Your role plays a crucial part in the management of center personnel, facilitation of exceptional customer service, and delivering on both financial and non-financial targets. In this position, you will report to the Director of Professional Services.
This position is located in Prince George, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position could include up to about 20% travel.

You will join a team of repair experts and coordinators committed to providing quality service to our clients who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality, timely repairs and maintenance that aim to ensure customer satisfaction and operational quality. We are currently building an efficient workflow system and coordinating repair schedules and inventory logistics to ensure that all service requests are completed on time and to the highest standards.
