About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior ABM/ABX & Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager to drive the development, standardization, and optimization of account-based marketing and experience practices across the organization. This role will focus on driving existing programs while building scalable frameworks, best practices, and innovative strategies to enhance ABM/ABX effectiveness and alignment with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ABM methodologies, technology, and cross-functional collaboration and bring a blend of strategic thinking, marketing execution, and data-driven decision-making to bear in their work.

What you’ll get to do

  • Develop and lead the ABM/ABX Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue objectives and establish processes, practices, and documentation to guide operations and growth.
  • Establish and standardize best practices, frameworks, and playbooks for ABM/ABX execution across multiple teams and regions.
  • Design and oversee training and enablement programs to upskill GTM teams on ABM/ABX strategies, tools, and methodologies and drive greater adoption.
  • Develop and manage ABM/ABX metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, pipeline influence, and revenue impact. Continuously analyze and optimize ABM/ABX programs based on insights and performance data.
  • Collaborate with analytics and ABM partner teams to leverage data insights for account segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance ABM/ABX capabilities.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize ABM/ABX technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation, CRM platforms, outbound cadence platforms, and other technologies.
  • Drive existing high-touch ABM programs and leverage insights to refine and optimize our approach.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Field Marketing teams to identify and prioritize target accounts based on revenue potential and strategic fit.
  • Partner with growth marketing, content, creative, and digital marketing teams in the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns tailored to key accounts, leveraging content marketing, digital advertising, email, events, and direct outreach.

Skills and experience we value

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing ABM/ABX strategies at scale and/or establishing and growing ABM capabilities.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM/ABX strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with experience working closely with sales teams to drive account engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Expertise in ABM platforms, marketing automation, and CRM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing ABM/ABX program performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments preferred.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic and execution-oriented mindset.
