Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking a Service Cashier to join the team in Brampton. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, schedule service appointments, and support the service department with administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with a starting hourly rate in the $18.00–$20.00 range and benefits through Performance Auto Group.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player, quick thinker and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directing all customer inquiries accordingly.
• Scheduling service appointments for client vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Must keep the appointment schedule up-to-date.
• Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Confirming service appointments, confirming time, date and transportation needs with clients.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
• Assisting in administrative work, such as filing or other duties.
• Assisting the service department with seasonal tire storage.
• Other duties as requested by the Service Manager.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
