Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar on Eglinton is seeking a Service Bartender to craft our signature drinks for dine‑in and take‑out, ensuring every order meets specification and quality in a fast‑paced setting. The ideal candidate is energetic, team‑oriented, and communicates clearly while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Open to evenings and weekends with flexible hours; prior kitchen or bar experience is a plus and opportunities for growth within Fresh.

Qualifications

• Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Provides customer satisfaction by assembling and serving drinks.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
• Adheres to health and safety procedures.
• Ensures smooth service by completing inventory counts.
• Communicates product knowledge to coworkers and guests.
• Memorizes menu items for consistency and accuracy.
• Communicates with FOH and BOH about shortages and assistance.

Position Overview

A Service Bartender provides customer satisfaction by preparing our signature drinks in our busy restaurants for dine‑in and take‑out orders. The Service Bartender’s focus is on making all orders to specification and maintaining the quality and integrity of beverages in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate is an energetic, driven, team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Clear communication, keen attention to detail and organizational skills are all necessary skills in the Service Bartender role.

What Are We Looking For?

• Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Able to complete physically demanding tasks – standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
• Comfortable with handling a knife
• Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)
