Northland Properties is seeking a bartender to be the center of the lounge, ensuring each guest is welcomed with hospitality while keeping the space clean, upbeat, and inviting. You will craft cocktails and pair beverages with menu items, delivering attentive service at the bar.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
• Basic technical bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
• Highly organized and energetic.
• Comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drink.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound judgments with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages, creating a personalized connection.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages featured in menus and execute them.
• Deliver full food and beverage services at the bar, offering food and drink pairings.
• Promptly prepare beverage orders for servers and guests, including in-house guests.
• Help keep the bar and lounge clean and organized.
