South Trail Chrysler in Calgary seeks a friendly, organized Full-Time Service Appointment Coordinator / Cashier to join the Service Department. You will support daily operations by coordinating appointments, handling payments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in automotive dealership or service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle payments and basic cash reconciliation.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a professional attitude.
• Organized with multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and ability to navigate multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Respond to online inquiries and assist customers with service questions.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and inquiries.
• Explain recommended maintenance, products, and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
• Coordinate customer pickups and organize shuttle/valet drivers as required.
• Maintain a professional customer experience and relationships.
