Job summary

Country Hills Ford in Calgary is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator for our service department. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, shaping how the day flows and ensuring guests feel looked after from the moment they contact us.

You will schedule service appointments by phone, email, and online requests, confirm upcoming visits, and follow up to minimize no-shows. This is a long-term role with growth opportunities within McManes Automotive Group.
