FFUN Group is seeking a Service Manager for Village Auto Sales in Saskatoon to lead the service department, drive productivity, and grow revenue while upholding dealer standards.

You will manage technicians and advisors, coach a high‑performing team, and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability across service operations.

• Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflow
• Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO count
• Manage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround times
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication
• Monitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performance
• Maintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processes
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high‑performing team
• Take ownership of vehicle reconditioning, including cleanup, detailing, and final preparation to ensure vehicles are customer‑ready and meet dealership standards.

At Village Auto Sales, our Service Department continues to grow, creating an exciting opportunity to add another experienced Service Manager to our leadership team.

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who can support our expanding operations, build a strong team, improve processes, and drive operational and financial results.

This role is responsible for leading daily service operations, developing team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining high standards for productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and manufacturer compliance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflow
• Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability

• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role
• Strong organizational and operational discipline
• A mindset focused on growth, accountability, and results
• Ability to manage both people and financial performance
• Experience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry is preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple product categories and brands
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who takes ownership and treats the department like their own business
