Job summary

Capital GMC Buick Cadillac Regina is seeking a Service Advisor to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and clear communication of vehicle concerns. You will work closely with technicians and parts staff to deliver transparent estimates and a smooth service experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of automotive service experience, preferably in an OEM dealership, and possess strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive service experience, with prior experience in an OEM dealership environment preferred; a sales and customer service background is an asset.
• Friendly, confident communicator with experience in customer-facing roles
