Canadian Tire Stores is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced Service Centre. You will interact with customers, prepare repair orders, review estimates and ensure smooth service experiences in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include upselling services, sourcing parts, and maintaining organized paperwork while delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork in a local Brampton location.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Creating vehicle repair orders (Customer interaction) at Service Counter.
• Reviewing vehicle repair orders, estimates & inspection forms with customers at Service Counter.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Sourcing required parts from vendors.
• Handing out sold parts to Automotive Technicians & Installers.
• Properly filling out all required paperwork.
• Creating repair estimates and reviewing estimates & inspection forms with Customer.
• Maintaining clean & organized stock warehouse.

Requirements / Skills

• Looking for a hard working indivdual (MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE) to fill a vacancy in our Automotive Service Advisor position
• Automotive knowledge IS A MUST
• Ability to work shifts – must be flexible with hours (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills required
• Strong computer skills are required
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment & communicate well with team members
• Good working knowledge of COSTAR (asset)
• Wage is dependent on experience
