Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Service Advisor to join the team at Audi Thornhill.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
  • Greet customers on the phone or in the dealership
  • Provide repair recommendations
  • Explain the nature of repairs
  • Advise customers on how to look after their vehicles
  • Schedule appointments
  • Sell labour
  • Provide an extraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications:

  • CDK experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to sell required maintenance
  • Ability to work as part of a TEAM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
