Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

Your area of focus

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We're seeking a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?
  1. Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
  2. Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
  3. Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
  4. Developing repair estimates by considering the cost of materials, supplies, and labor.
  5. Preparing repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
  6. Connecting customers to the right auto technician.
  7. Test-driving vehicles to confirm the repairs are completed as needed.
  8. Maintaining automotive records by tracking problems and corrective actions.
What Are The Must-haves?
  1. Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
  2. CDK experience is an asset.
  3. Automotive knowledge.
  4. Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  5. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Must remain calm in challenging situations.
  9. Organization and follow-up skills.
  10. Experience and desire to work with technology.
