Join Our Team as a Service Advisor – Penticton Toyota

Penticton Toyota is a family-owned and operated dealership with a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting workplace culture. We’ve recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility and are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as aService Advisor.

This is a key position where customer service meets technical expertise—the front line of our aftersales experience.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, maintenance, or repairs. You will manage the entire service process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the service process from vehicle check-in to payment and final pickup.
  • Accurately translate customer concerns into clear instructions for technicians.
  • Advise customers on necessary and recommended maintenance or repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Toyota Canada’s warranty policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and other internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate repair order documentation throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Process payments, warranty claims, and close repair orders with accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and solid numerical skills (e.g., billing, labor times, percentages).
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
  • Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Toyota policies and systems is a bonus, but not required.
