Job description

Martin Automotive Group is searching for a Service Advisor to join our team at our Subaru of Ontario location! We believe our continued success and future growth are attributed to our employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers promptly
2. Obtain customer and vehicle information
3. Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
4. Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
5. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of costs for labor and parts
6. Establish follow-up times
7. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
8. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
9. Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
3. At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant, with manufacturer experience
4. Above average energy level
5. A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
6. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
7. Personal and professional integrity
