Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess technical acumen but also the ability to provide excellent customer service. What You'll Do

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns with the highest response and attention.
  • Return missed calls and emails within 5 minutes.
  • Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager if needed.
  • Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System, paying close attention to detail.
  • Conduct transactions with the system, walk customers through corrections, and provide summaries.
  • Communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
  • Coordinate the detailing of every vehicle prior to delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Experience in operational use and maintenance of various hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and the public.
  • Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
  • Seniority level : Entry level
