Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team in Etobicoke.

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, listening to their description of the problems or service needs, determining the type of service required, and preparing repair orders.

The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.

Pay: Starting at $40,000 annual base salary + commission.

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Ensuring customers receive the highest attention prior, during and after their service visit.
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Handling customer’s inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What We Look For

  • Experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
  • Friendly and a trustworthy individual.
