Queensway Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Erin Mills Mazda in Mississauga to provide outstanding customer service and coordinate repairs. You will communicate with customers, estimate labor and parts costs, and keep clients informed about progress and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in a dealership or aftermarket setting, service advisor experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Three years in a dealership or aftermarket setting is preferred.
• Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

Job Duties:

• Understand and address customer needs and concerns.
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair progress.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining questions.
• Verify completion of repairs using the Technician Checklist and inspect the vehicle.
• Inform customers of any unexpected incidents during repairs.
• Conduct necessary test drives to confirm issues or involve a technician.
• Ensure stringent quality control for all vehicles undergoing repair.
• Provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates in detail.
• Additional duties assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Three (3) years in Dealership or after-market setting is considered an asset
• Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.
• The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
