Canadian Manufacturing in Edmonton is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Service Department. You will provide administrative support, bridge customer needs with technicians, and help ensure smooth service operations.

The role emphasizes order processing, parts quoting, shipping and receiving, and phone support. A Red Seal Mechanic (or Parts Technician asset) and 5+ years in service, parts, and customer service are valued, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Mechanic ticket.
• Parts Technician ticket is considered a strong asset.
• 5+ years of experience in a service/parts role.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience handling shipping and receiving.
• Strong understanding of basic mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment an asset.
• Excellent computer skills for order processing and documentation.
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone support and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming orders and repair orders efficiently.
• Accurately quoting spare parts for both custom and production equipment.
• Managing shipping and receiving operations.
• Answering incoming phone calls and providing basic phone support and troubleshooting.

In this vital role, you will provide administrative support to both internal and external customers, ensuring the smooth flow of service operations by bridging the gap between customer needs, technician requirements, and departmental management.

Job Details & Compensation

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent




• Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
