Job summary

Steele Volkswagen in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, explain services and repairs, and keep clients informed so they can get back on the road with confidence.

In this role you will develop accurate service estimates, prepare detailed repair orders, verify warranty coverage, and coordinate with technicians. A customer-first mindset, strong communication, and at least one year in a service or customer-facing role are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to explain services and options clearly to customers.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
