Job summary

Dilawri Group in Brampton is seeking a Service Advisor for Frost GM to provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department, guiding customers through repairs and maintenance while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

You will schedule appointments, explain repair needs, and advise customers on maintenance to keep their vehicles in top condition, contributing to a high-energy, team-driven dealership environment at the Frost GM location.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• Aptitude for customer relations/service.
• Ability to sell required maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of a TEAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
