Job summary

Dilawri Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Kia Vaughan to join our team. You will provide frontline customer service and sales support for the Service Department, greet customers, and explain repairs, while scheduling appointments to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications include CDK experience (preferred), strong customer-relations skills, and the ability to sell maintenance services in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay Rate: $60,000–$85,000 annually, inclusive of salary and performance-based bonus.
