Fraserway RV is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and our service team, guiding them from the initial appointment to pickup. You will listen to needs, explain options, coordinate repairs with our technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

If you have experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Shop Advisor in automotive, truck, marine, or RV service, your skills could be a great fit. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

When a customer brings their RV in for service, they want to know it's in good hands. They want someone who listens, explains their options, keeps them informed, and follows through.

Fraserway RV is looking for aService Advisorto be the connection between our customers and our service team. You'll help customers understand what their RV needs, coordinate repairs with our technicians, and keep everything moving from the initial appointment through to pickup.

If you have experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Shop Advisor in automotive, truck, marine, or RV service, your skills could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

You'll manage the customer experience throughout the service process, balancing customer expectations, technician workflow, repair timelines, and quality service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand the customer’s needs:Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and document repair and maintenance concerns accurately.
• Coordinate the work:Schedule appointments, create detailed work orders, and communicate repair requirements and priorities to technicians.
• Explain estimates and recommendations:Help customers understand the work required, the costs involved, and their service options. Obtain approval before additional work proceeds.
• Keep customers informed:Provide timely updates on repair progress, parts delays, costs, and changes to expected completion dates.
• Keep the shop moving:Work closely with technicians, Service Manager, and warranty to resolve issues and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Close the loop: Review completed work, explain repairs and recommendations, finalize invoices, and help ensure customers leave with confidence in the service they've received.

• Have experience in a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar customer-facing service role
• Communicate clearly and professionally, in person, email, and over the phone

• Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Follow through on commitments and take ownership of customer concerns
• Can work effectively with technicians and other team members
• Stay calm and solution-focused when plans change or customers are frustrated
• Are comfortable using computers and service management systems
