Job summary

Fraserway RV is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician for its Delta, BC area. This full‑time, year‑round role involves diagnosing and repairing RV electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems, with rotating Saturday shifts in spring and summer.

No prior RV experience required; transferable skills from automotive, electrical, plumbing, marine, or heavy equipment trades are welcomed. Red Seal certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Red Seal certification or related trades training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair 12V and 120V electrical systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing and propane systems
• Diagnose and service appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and general RV repairs
• Identify problems and determine the appropriate repair
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Explain technical information and completed repairs to customers when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on RV experience.

Fraserway RV is looking for anRV Service Technician to join our Abbotsford Service team. This is a Full Time year round position that includes rotating Saturday shifts through spring and summer.

You don't need previous RV experience. Experience inautomotive, electrical, plumbing, marine, trailers, heavy equipment, or another skilled tradecan translate well into this role.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair 12V and 120V electrical systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing and propane systems
• Diagnose and service appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and general RV repairs
• Identify problems and determine the appropriate repair
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Explain technical information and completed repairs to customers when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who candiagnose a problem, find a solution, and do quality work.

• Previous experience as a technician, mechanic, or skilled tradesperson
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or other technical systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Willingness to learn new systems and develop your technical skills

Red Seal certification and technical or trades training are preferred but not required.
