Pattison Agriculture in Swan River, MB is seeking a Service Administrator (Service Writer) to join our fast-paced dealership. You will greet customers, answer calls, and perform a full range of clerical and service department tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in an agricultural related field is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle customer repair/service/warranty orders and reporting.
• Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
• Field customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Maintain work-in-progress and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians for clear customer communication.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Follow all safety regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the service department by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and service dept activities. You will deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations through positive interactions in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle customer repair/service/warranty order and reporting


• Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently


• Field customer inquiries to the Service Department


• Maintain Work In Progress and Product Improvement Program processes


• Work with Service Technicians to ensure clear and accurate communication to customers


• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge


• Follow all safety regulations


• Build positive and productive relationships with all departments

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting practices


• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions


• Exceptional communication and organizational skills


• Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset
