Job summary

Andrew Peller Limited is seeking dynamic guest-experience focused servers to join our Terrace Wine Bar and Peller Estates Winery Restaurant in Niagara, Ontario. This fine-dining setting requires engaging hospitality, high-quality service standards, and the ability to work flexible day/evening/weekend shifts to deliver memorable wine-and-dine experiences.

You will be responsible for front-of-house beverage and food service, cash handling, and using POS systems, with Smart Serve certification

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification preferred.
• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house beverage and food service.
• Deliver high-quality dining experiences and hospitality.
• Handle cash and process payments using POS.
• Maintain service standards and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with winery team to ensure smooth service.

We are currently seeking dynamic, guest experience focused Servers to join our team of dedicated wine and food enthusiasts at the Terrace Wine Bar and Peller Estates Winery Restaurant. This is a fine dining setting and experience in similar environment is considered an asset.

If you are passionate about creating moments that blend wine and food and family and friends into one completely immersive experience, then you won't want to miss the opportunity to be a part of the team! In this role you will be responsible for all front-of-house food and beverage (including alcohol) operations/service at Peller Estate Winery with the goal of ensuring high quality dining experiences through outstanding technical service standards and engaging hospitality.

You would be required to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. We are currently interviewing and giving offers for positions starting in September.
