Chateau Nova Kingsway is seeking a friendly, dependable Full-Time Server to join our busy Food & Beverage team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service, with occasional bartending duties and support for bar setup and upkeep.

We require prior serving and bartending experience, ProServe certification, and a professional, customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service
• Take orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are served efficiently
• Answer guest questions and provide information about menu items, beverages and hotel services
• Check in with guests throughout their experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Process guest payments accurately and follow established cash-handling procedures
• Maintain clean, organized and guest-ready service areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members to provide smooth, consistent service
• Assist with bartending duties as required, including preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Help with bar setup, stocking and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Follow responsible liquor service requirements and all applicable hotel procedures
• Assist fellow team members when needed to keep service running smoothly

Chateau Nova Kingsway is looking for a friendly, dependable and experienced Full-Time Server to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys providing great service, works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable assisting with bartending duties when required.

This position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
