Job summary

Murphy Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly server for Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar in Charlottetown, Canada. You will take orders, serve beverages, and relay menu items to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

We value a positive, outgoing attitude, a willingness to learn about craft beer and wine, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends. A responsible beverage certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year serving experience.
• Responsible beverage certificate is required.
• Knowledge of Aloha POS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service.
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware.
• Provide seamless guest service with an upbeat and positive personality.
• Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere.

As a Server, You Will
