Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, positive, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine love for hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a fast-paced upscale dining environment, and is committed to continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in providing top-notch service in a similar setting, with a strong background in food and wine.

Responsibilities

1. Guest Engagement
   • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
   • Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their dining experience.
   • Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
2. Service Excellence
   • Provide exemplary service by delivering orders accurately and efficiently.
   • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to guide guests through their selections.
   • Maintain awareness of dining room flow and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
3. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
   • Actively seek and welcome feedback from guests, understanding that constructive criticism is essential for personal and professional growth.
   • Collaborate with colleagues and management to implement feedback and enhance service quality.
   • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team.

This is a unionized position starting at $19.45 per hour plus gratuities. These are seasonal roles for summer, from April to September 2025.
