Responsibilities

• As a Bartender or Server at Blue, you'll be the face of our restaurant. Greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating guests needs, making recommendations, and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
• Taking and processing orders accurately by working efficiently with our POS system and communicating effectively with the kitchen and other service staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Product knowledge is a must to be able to communicate and answer menu and beverage questions effectively.
• Working as part of our team is a must. Cooperating and helping other service staff and the kitchen ensures a smooth and rewarding service.
