Autism Services is seeking a friendly Full-Time Server to join our dining team in Canada. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage orders, and assist with banquet and catering events on and off site.

Ideal candidates bring customer service aptitude, reliability, and strong communication. This role requires teamwork, ability to stand for long periods, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Present menus to guests and answer questions regarding items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Prepare bills and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with Banquet and Catering setups and takedowns.
• Work with Banquet & Catering team during service on and off site.

• Prepare bills and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with Banquet and Catering setups and takedowns
• work with the Banquet & Catering team during service both on and off site
