The Server provides full table service in the Waterfront Restaurant & Lounge, guiding guests through the dining experience from greeting through settlement. Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations by using in‑depth knowledge of the food and beverage program.
• Monitor tables and deliver food and beverages with correct timing and presentation to maximize enjoyment.
• Use point‑of‑sale systems (Oracle Simphony) to process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and perform opening and closing duties.
• Support other staff members as required.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1 to 5 years of experience serving guests in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, guest‑focused presence.
• Serving It Right certification (or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire).
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of the shift schedule.

Compensation & Hours

Full‑time position, 40 hours per week, $20.28 per hour.
