Job summary

Ce Soir Brasserie is seeking a Server to create memorable guest experiences by recommending great food and beverages and delivering outstanding hospitality. You will join a cohesive team in a fast-paced dining environment, aiming to exceed guest expectations daily.

Key duties include understanding our Guest-Obsessed culture, answering menu questions, checking in with guests, and resolving complaints with a proactive approach to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly and anticipating their needs.
• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
