RFBR Series Training Manager

The RFBR Series Training Manager reports to the Training Director and is responsible for the delivery and maintenance monitoring of the Series-specific training developed by the Series Training Superintendent and Series Training Supervisors. The Series Training Manager provides direction to the entire technical training group, ensuring that training material is developed according to this Plan and company procedures, so that it is correct and complete for delivery to the Project staff. The RFBR Series Training Manager arranges and/or attends Training Working Group meetings with Construction, Engineering, Radiation Protection (RP), Foreign Material Exclusion (FME), and Quality Assurance (QA) staff to ensure the content of the training course meets the Project requirements.
