The RFBR Series Training Manager reports to the Training Director and is responsible for the delivery and maintenance monitoring the Series-specific training developed by the Series Training Superintendent and Series Training Supervisors. The Series Training Manager provides direction to the entire technical training group, ensures that training material is developed according to this Plan and company procedures, so that it is correct and complete for delivering to the Project staff. The RFBR Series Training Manager arranges and/or attends Training Working Group meetings with Construction, Engineering, Radiation Protection (RP), Foreign Material Exclusion (FME), and Quality Assurance (QA) staff to ensure the content of the training course meets the Project requirements.
The RFBR Series Training Manager is responsible for:
Must have an understanding of construction trades jurisdiction and union agreements.
Must have worked in a construction trades environment.
