Medier is a leading marketing agency specializing in performance-driven partnerships and innovative marketing solutions within the iGaming industry. We are expanding and opening a new office in Toronto this summer!

We’re seeking a results-driven iGaming SEO Manager with expertise in the Canadian market to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies for the Canadian market, focusing on casino, sports, and event-driven content.
  2. Collaborate with local content creators and the country team to plan, optimize, and structure SEO-friendly content aligned with brand objectives and seasonal trends.
  3. Optimize all on-page elements, including meta tags, internal links, schema markup, content hierarchy, and targeted keywords.
  4. Enhance rankings and visibility for non-branded keywords to increase organic traffic.
  5. Conduct regular on-page audits to analyze crawlability, duplicate content, cannibalization, and content freshness.
  6. Identify content gaps, perform keyword research, and map keywords to landing pages to maximize reach and user engagement.
  7. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (CTR, bounce rate, rankings) using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO platforms.
  8. Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends relevant to iGaming and sports content.
  9. Collaborate with the Senior SEO Specialist to align with broader SEO strategies and support cross-market initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 3 years of hands-on experience in on-page SEO, preferably within the iGaming or sports betting industry.
  2. Experience with local SEO strategies in Canada.
  3. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization, and performance analysis.
  4. Experience working with custom CMS platforms.
  5. Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
  6. Deep understanding of search intent, content structure, and driving organic traffic through content-led strategies.
  7. Analytical mindset with proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  8. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with local and global teams.

Nice to Have:

  1. Familiarity with French content SEO or multilingual content management.
  2. Understanding of compliance requirements in iGaming markets.
