BX Studio is seeking a client-facing SEO Manager who can hit the ground running, own strategy and delivery, and scale our SEO operations into a world-class offering. You’ll craft and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth while building repeatable processes across multiple clients. This is a critical hire for us, and your work will directly shape the future of our SEO practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that boost rankings and drive sustained organic traffic.
• Operational Scale & Productization: Design processes, playbooks, and tooling that enable our SEO practice to scale efficiently across multiple clients.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary SEO contact, clearly communicating progress, results, and next-step recommendations.
• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and guide content teams in on-page optimization for websites, landing pages, and paid-search copy.
• Link Building: Plan and deliver effective link-building and digital-PR initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz, translating data into action.
• Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects end-to-end—scoping, scheduling, and quality-controlling every deliverable.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on algorithm updates and industry trends, refining client strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven success leading SEO programs and scaling operations (agency experience a plus).
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into clear, actionable plans.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills—able to explain complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to set goals, track progress, and deliver results on time.
• Growth Mindset: Familiarity with A/B testing and a proactive approach to learning and adapting as the search landscape evolves.
