Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi Canada is seeking an SEO Manager to lead strategic SEO and GEO initiatives, blending technical SEO with content, prompts, and analytics. You will optimize client websites end-to-end, including audits, keyword research, on-page execution, and AI-driven enhancements.

The role requires 3–5 years in SEO, proficiency with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog, and a strong client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in agency or enterprise settings.
Experience with AI-driven search ecosystems is a plus.
Proficiency with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Knowledge of GEO and AI search concepts, structured data, and AI content
Ability to create content briefs, optimize prompts, and assess generative summaries
Strong data analysis, hypotheses creation and action-oriented recommendations
Excellent presentation and client communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-evolving search landscape
Client-focused mindset with proactive risk management

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies for clients.
Integrate AI search methods and generative AI into content plans.
Build and maintain keyword and prompt lists aligned to goals.
Conduct keyword/prompt research and support content briefs and optimization.
Perform technical SEO and GEO audits with actionable priors.
Analyze analytics, Search Console data, and AI visibility tools to drive insights.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
Experiment with new AI search experiences and develop internal best practices.
Share knowledge and contribute to training materials.
