We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on a client-focused SEO Account Manager to help us propel our growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, with at least 1 year specifically managing SEO or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
- Extremely comfortable with technology - you love data and are great with numbers.
- Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in.
- Proactive problem-solver committed to delivering excellence.
- Highly detail-oriented personality type.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting results and recommendations to clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of SEO clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Retaining and building relationships with clients, conducting analytical reporting on campaign performance, and developing strategies as needed.
- Staying updated on the latest SEO trends, updates, and Google algorithms to analyze client websites and provide actionable recommendations.
- Improving workflow and processes to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Creating upsell and cross-sell proposals for existing clients.
- Onboarding new clients assigned by the sales team, maintaining high client retention and success.
