Job summary

1Password in Toronto is seeking a senior Workplace Technology leader to own the office technology experience. You will design, deploy, and evolve networking, AV, and physical security for the new Toronto flagship, partnering across teams to deliver scalable, secure workplace systems.

The role requires hands-on engineering, vendor collaboration, and mentoring of regional specialists, with travel to support office builds and initiatives, all while shaping engineering standards for future offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments.
• Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle.
• Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and continuously optimize Toronto office network infrastructure.
• Own workplace networking standards and reference architectures for future offices.
• Own the physical security technology stack and camera systems.
• Collaborate with Security on governance, audits, and integrations.
• Mentor Workplace Technology Specialists across regional offices.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and automation workflows.
