Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a senior leader to head the Implementation and Onboarding team, turning sales handoffs into successful customer launches of our products. You will guide strategy, standards, and capacity planning while coaching hands-on engineers through complex deployments.

Qualifications

This role leads the Implementation and Onboarding team responsible for turning sales handoffs into successful customer launches of 1Password’s products. The manager will oversee team strategy, execution standards, and capacity planning while acting as a hands-on player-coach supporting complex technical implementations. They will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product leaders to ensure cohesive technical guidance across the customer lifecycle.

Candidates need 8+ years in post-sale SaaS roles such as Implementation, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering, plus 4+ years of people management experience including managing managers. Experience building repeatable service delivery models, leading technical teams through organizational change, and familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration domains is expected. Experience with password managers is a bonus.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Canada or the United States, working as a senior leader supporting cross-functional teams across the customer onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
