• Awareness of provincial workers’ compensation boards and related statutes/policies.
• Paralegal license is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to review workplace injury issues.
• Manage workplace injury claims to minimize time-loss and costs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, injured workers and provincial boards.
• Coordinate case management activities including return-to-work strategies.
• Facilitate third-party interventions (FCEs, IMEs).
