Job summary

Ifg Global is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday Solutions for a 6-month contract in the Toronto area. The role is hybrid with onsite Mondays and the first Friday of each month at the downtown Toronto office, with remote work on other days.

You will drive Workday configuration, support multiple domains, and help expand our Workday footprint across a confidential strategic initiative. You will partner with HR, Technology, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and solutioning experience.
• Strong experience configuring at least 1-2 major Workday domain.
• Experience across domains such as Time Tracking & Absence, HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Security, and Integrations.
• Ability to perform both technical configuration and functional analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting cross-domain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a techno-functional Workday expert supporting system enhancements and optimization.
• Partner with HR, Technology, and vendor teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday across key modules and support testing (regression, UAT, validation).
• Support deployment, stabilization, and ongoing BAU enhancements.
• Provide advisory support on cross-domain impacts and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and system adoption.
• Contribute to milestone execution within a fast-paced project environment.
