A leading company is seeking a Business Consultant specialized in Workday Solutions. This role involves providing technical support for Data Quality Reporting and collaborating with various teams to enhance Workday functionalities. Ideal candidates will have extensive Workday Reporting skills and HR knowledge, contributing to a collaborative and agile environment.
Position Title: Business consultant - intermediate (Workday Solutions Consultant)
Line of Business: People, culture and brand - focus is on Workday data quality reporting
Contract Duration: 6 months
Remote/Hybrid: In office Monday and 1st Friday of every month (Open to searching outside of Toronto, those candidates would be remote, however, if they are located in GTA they would be required to come into office)

Team details: Highly flexible, collaborative team within an AGILE environment. The immediate team is new and comprises the hiring manager and 1 full-time employee.

Data Quality and Governance is a growing area within The Bank, and the incumbent will help create critical reporting data to ensure high-quality Workday datasets for decision-making.
Daily collaboration: Working directly with the hiring manager on requirements and with HR Partners as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Consultant, Workday Solutions, you will provide technical and functional support for designing, delivering, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Data Quality and Governance reporting. You will collaborate with HR, business groups, Technology, and external vendors to deliver key reports and ensure ongoing solutioning and delivery of Data Quality Reporting from Workday.
How You’ll Succeed
• Design, Configure, and Optimize – Collaborate with HR, business functions, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize Workday Data Quality Reporting, including designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining reports. Identify opportunities to leverage Workday's built-in functionalities for Data Quality Reporting.
• Consultation and Advice – Use your deep understanding of Workday functionalities to build reports aligned with Data Quality Dimensions such as Accuracy, Completeness, Validity, and others. Support leaders and partners in assessing options and change impacts related to Data Governance.
• Change Management – Act as a change champion, supporting initiatives that equip HR and Data Governance functions with necessary knowledge for Workday Data Governance.
• Relationship Building and Management - Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, providing consultative advice, leading or participating in project teams, and proactively communicating with stakeholders to align strategies and plans.
